For those customers who already have their control system designed, Maker Industries can build your control system to your specifications. A great option for clients with in-house engineering capabilities.
Quality Fabrication and Assembly
In addition to using quality components, Maker Industries also uses the following methods to provide a quality and robust product:
All holes cut into the enclosure are painted with an industrial grade paint to discourage corrosion and rusting at these cut points prior to component installation.
All wiring is labeled with industrial-grade polyolefin heat shrunk tubular labels, printed with label designations per the customer's drawings.
Crimp-style terminal connectors used on all applicable wiring.
All wire duct installed with machine screws. No adhesive tape mounting is used.
Our clients can provide hard copies or electronic copies of their schematics. Electronic copies can be submitted in .dwg, .pdf, or image files. All drawings submitted are kept confidential.
If a customer only has hard copy versions of his designs, Maker Industries can convert these to .dwg and .pdf format for their use.
All drawings submitted will be reviewed by Maker Industries's engineering department for missing wire numbers. No review of the design is performed by Maker Industries, and the customer assumes all responsibility for their design.
